You should tell us WHERE you got this comment. If it was sent online from a shipper, it likely means they have printed a label, affixed it to the product, and perhaps even dropped it off at the PO, but it has yet to receive it’s first (acceptance) scan.
It would be better if we recipients did NOT receive a message that only tells us a label has been printed because it sometimes might be a day or two between label printing and transport to the PO for that first scan.
Once you get a message that it has been received or scanned, then (and only then) can you have confidence that your mailpiece is actually in the mainstream. Any messages prior to that are in my opinion essentially useless.
A Waybill by the Sending Company has been produced electronically and has been inputted into the senders shippers system.
The physical package has not actually left the shipper yet but more than likely is on the shipper’s pallet (if they do a large business) waiting for their dispatch time to the postal service.
Once there the scan of the package will then line up with the waybill and be shown as “accepted at originating location” or something along those lines.

It has been handed over/scanned in at p.o. but has not been inspected for proper postage and safe packaging…after which it will be “accepted”. So its there at p.o. but not moving yet.
